I just wanted to post a quick thank you to everyone who has reached out to us with concern over the Memorial Day Floods. Thankfully, the Homestead Cottages and the Canyon Lake area were not affected. In fact, the lake is full now and the Army Corps of Engineers is actually releasing water in an effort to return Canyon Lake back to its conservation pool of 909 feet above sea level. The debris is mostly gone from the main body of the lake and there are boat ramps that have remained open even with the high water. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the towns of Wimberley and Blanco as they work to restore their communities.
