The policies at Homestead Cottages are put in place to maximize enjoyment and relaxation for all who stay in our Canyon Lake vacation rentals. We look forward to your arrival.

Rates:

Rates are for double-occupancy (maximum occupancy is two). We cannot accommodate guests’ pets.

Confirming or Canceling a Reservation:

Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Your deposit is refundable if a cancellation is received no later than fourteen (14*) days prior to arrival, less a $25 processing fee. Please call us as soon as possible if you must cancel your stay with us. We realize that life does happen and plans do change. We will make every effort to re-rent the room for you. In the event that severe weather makes travel is unsafe, you will be charged for your entire reservation and a credit will be issued to be used within one year from date of cancellation.

Your deposit of 100% for our non-refundable rate is not eligible for refund.

Check-in is between 3:00-5:00pm. Please notify us if arriving after 5:00pm and we will send you the easy after-hours check-in procedure. We can accommodate early check-ins after 12:00pm, if your room is ready.

No refunds for early check-outs (i.e. reserving two nights and checking out a day early).

Refunds cannot be issued for partial stays under any circumstances.

Check-out is 11:00am.

All rates are subject to state (6%) and local (4%) tax.

Prices are subject to change without notice except for reservations secured by a deposit.

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking or burning candles in any of our cottages. Courteous smoking is permitted outside only. Guests smoking in the house will be charged a minimum fee of $200 to return any rooms to a non-smoking status.
